An investigation found the hotel's phone number was being used as the contact number in online advertisements offering sexual services.
A detective then responded to the ad by calling the number and was told the prices for various sexual services, according to the DA's office, leading to a warrant being served.

When police arrived at the hotel, one of the women said she was being held captive there, by Scott-Milbourne, the DA said. Police said she told them she was given drugs and forced to have sex with numerous men for money, which Scott-Milbourne kept.
Scott-Milbourne was taken into custody at the scene. Detectives said they found more than $3,000 cash on him.
Scott-Milbourne was charged with five first-degree felony counts of human trafficking—involuntary servitude, aggravated indecent assault of a child, sexual assault, multiple counts of promoting prostitution, living off prostitutes, and other crimes.
His bail was set at $1 million cash, and he was booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility after failing to post bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 25.
