Films for a Better Planet Film Screening & Panel

Join local non-profits for a free green film screening and panel discussion! Learn how San Francisco is going zero waste by 2020!

Join the Pennsylvania Resources Council and Allegheny CleanWays for the second installment of our 2016 Films for a Better Planet Film Series! We will be screening Racing to Zero followed by a panel discussion with local experts. Racing to Zero shows us how the city of San Francisco is taking steps to go completely zero waste (not send any materials to landfill) by 2020. Come learn more about how we can view “trash” as a resource. Stick around afterwards for a panel discussion with experts from the Pittsburgh area!
