Pittsburgh-Area Teacher Charged With Institutional Sex Assault

The teacher faces a felony charge related to alleged inappropriate contact with a student.

UPPER ST. CLAIR, PA - A West Mifflin Area High School teacher has been charged with institutional sexual assault for having inappropriate contact with a female student.

James Horgan, 45, of Sky Ridge Drive in Upper St. Clair, was charged with the felony count, WPXI-TV reported. Horgan had been placed on paid administrative leave last week.
