Route 19 Lane Restriction In Place This Weekend

UPPER ST. CLAIR, PA - Lane restrictions will occur again this weekend on Route 19 (Washington Road). Crews making should repairs will require a single-lane restriction on southbound Route 19 from 7 p.m. Friday until 6 a.m. Monday between South Hilands Road and Boyce Road.
The work is part of the $5.55 million project to improve 2.5 miles of Route 19. Other work on the project includes concrete patching, shoulder repairs, base repairs, drainage and guide rail upgrades, ADA curb ramp improvements, signal updates, and sign and pavement marking installation.
The work is expected to be completed in November.
