Route 19 Lane Restrictions On The Way

UPPER ST. CLAIR, PA — The Route 19 improvement project will restart on Monday, PennDOT announced. Single-lane restrictions will occur in both directions of the road between Washington County and McMurray Road weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Crews will perform ADA curb ramp installation, minor paving, culvert repairs, guide rail updates, and signal upgrades. The project, including possible weekend work, will continue through late July.
