UPPER ST. CLAIR, PA - An incumbent township commissioner was voted out of office Tuesday.
Republican Rex Waller lost to challenger Cecilia Logan in the Ward 2 race, 54 percent to 45 percent. Logan received 493 votes to Waller's 412.
