Upper St. Clair State Of Emergency Declared
The emergency declaration came early Thursday after severe storms brought heavy flooding to the area.

UPPER ST. CLAIR, PA - A state of emergency was declared in the township early Thursday following Wednesday night’s severe storms and heavy flooding. Here’s what you need to know:
The Morrow Road Bridge area is closed until further notice. Drivers are asked to use similar detours that were in place during the bridge reconstruction in 2017. Detour signs will be posted.
The following facilities along McLaughlin Run Road are also closed until further notice:
· Marmion Field (Baseball and soccer fields)
· Municipal Playground (adjacent to the Upper St. Clair Library)
· Founders’ Field
· 3-Hole Golf Course
· Tennis Courts
The municipal building and the Upper St. Clair Library will be open during normal hours Thursday.
