Whole Foods Sets Special Hours For Seniors During Coronavirus
The grocery chain also is closing its stores earlier than usual during the outbreak.

PITTSBURGH, PA - Whole Foods Market stores have begun servicing customers who are 60 and older one hour before opening to the general public, under the new adjusted hours posted on the store's websites. For example, if a store's hours are 9 a.m.-8 p.m., customers 60 and older can shop beginning at 8 a.m.
The change applies to the three Pittsburgh-area Whole Foods locations in Upper St. Clair, Wexford and East Liberty.
"We are setting aside this time to help these customers, who national health authorities have identified as among the most vulnerable to COVID-19, feel more comfortable shopping our stores and helping to ensure they are able to get the items they need in a less crowded environment," the chain stated in a news release.
