Wright’s Farm Restaurant in Burrillville to Reopen Indoor Dining
The iconic family-style farmstead eatery, known for its chicken dinners, will open to parties of eight or fewer starting April 8.

BURRILLVILLE, RI — Wright’s Farm Restaurant at 84 Inman Road will reopen for indoor dining on Thursday, April 8, the popular eatery has announced. Dining is by reservation only, and limited by current state rules to parties of eight or fewer.
“We are so pleased to once again offer our guests a safe, enjoyable dining experience at Wright’s Farm,” said owner Frank Galleshaw III. “It’s been a challenging time and we are grateful to our customers who have supported our to-go business; however, we are excited to welcome them back through our doors to enjoy our delicious dinners as they were meant to be enjoyed.”
Wright’s Farm offers delicious homemade meals served family-style. It has been owned and operated by the same family for nearly 50 years. Frank and Joyce Galleshaw purchased Wright’s in 1972 and grew it to the Rhode Island landmark it is today. The restaurant offers seating for up to 1,400 in six dining rooms, and also hosts banquets. A gift shop and toy store provide yet another draw.

The distinctive meals start with freshly baked rolls and tossed salad served with Wright’s famous Italian dressing. Guests then enjoy heaps of pasta with homemade marinara sauce, signature French fries, and platters of juicy, home-cooked chicken baked slowly in the oven until it falls off the bone. Dinners include unlimited platters of chicken and all side dishes. A sirloin steak dinner is also available with unlimited sides. For dessert, ice cream is on the menu. Guests may choose a slice of vanilla and chocolate ice cream roll or ice cream pies from Cumberland’s The Ice Cream Machine. Wright's has been a favorite family destination for generations.
The restaurant will continue to offer curbside takeout. Wright’s to-go dinners include a half chicken, a pint of shell macaroni with marinara sauce, a pint of crisp fresh salad, French fries, and two freshly baked dinner rolls. In addition, half and full-size party pans can serve eight to 20 people.
