Central Falls Man Indicted On Sexual Assault Charge
The alleged act took place in Cumberland in February.
PROVIDENCE, RI — The Providence County Grand Jury on May 12 returned an indictment charging a Central Falls man with one count of first-degree sexual assault.
Carlos Hernandez, 26, is scheduled to be arraigned on June 2 in Superior Court.
The alleged act occurred in Cumberland on February 13. The Cumberland Police Department conducted the investigation, the Office of the Rhode Island Attorney General announced.
