Central Falls Moves Indepence Day Celebration To July 7
With rain in the forecast, the City of Central Falls has decided to reschedule its 4th of July Celebration.

CENTRAL FALLS, RI — With rain in the forecast, the City of Central Falls has decided to reschedule its 4th of July Celebration.
The celebration — with free food, live music and fireworks — will now be held Wednesday, July 7 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park, Mayor Maria Rivera announced Friday.

In related news, Pawtucket fireworks at McCoy Stadium have been postponed until July 5. People are invited to gather at Jenks Junior High at 350 Division Street starting at 5 p.m., and the fireworks start at 9 p.m.
