2019 RICABOR Officers & Directors Installed at Annual Meeting

Susan Kelly, Chief Appraiser and Broker Owner of Fenix Real Estate & Appraisal Solutions in Lincoln, Rhode Island, was installed as the 25th President of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of REALTORS® on October 3, 2018. She is currently the Board’s Treasurer/Corporate Secretary and has been a Director since 2012. She chairs the Board’s Finance Committee and previously served on its RPAC Committee and Appraisal Task Force.

Additionally, the following Officers were installed:

- 2018 President-Elect – Thomas Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisals in Providence, RI

- 2018 Treasurer & Corporate Secretary – Peter M. Scotti of Peter M. Scotti & Associates in Providence, RI

- Immediate Past President – Stephanie Soscia, Chief Appraiser & Principal Broker of Premier Homes Realty, LLC in Cranston, RI

The following were also installed as Directors of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of REALTORS®:

• Dan Awde of Keystone Real Estate Group in Warwick, RI
• David Banigan of Keller Williams Realty Leading in Providence, RI
• Tracy Barron of Premier Homes Realty, LLC, in Cranston, RI
• Michael Lefrancois of Regal Consulting Group, Lincoln, RI

Susan Kelly was additionally honored as the Board’s 2018 REALTOR® of the Year and the Board presented $3,750 as a charitable donation to The Village for RI Foster & Adoptive Families, a non-profit organization dedicated to contributing to the development and maintenance of a robust network of healthy, committed, and well-trained resource families for children in RI needing out-of-home-care.
