Jersey Mike's Subs Opens Location In Smithfield

SMITHFIELD, RI — Jersey Mike's Subs, a fresh sliced and grilled sub franchise with over 2,500 locations nationwide, has opened a new location at 473 Putnam Pike in Smithfield.

Franchase owner Dave Stebbing and general manager Matt Silva are hosting a grand opening event and fundraiser for Smithfield High School Athletics from Wednesday, July 7 through Sunday, July 11, at which customers with a special fundraising coupon can make a minimum $3 donation in exchange for a regular sub.

"We are thrilled to invite you to the grand opening of our store on July 7,” said Stebbings in a statement. “We are excited for the opportunity to partner with Smithfield High School and we look forward to serving up the best sub sandwiches to our community for years to come!"

Since 2010, Jersey Mike's has raised over $65 million for local charities. This year alone, the company's 11th Annual Jersey Mike’s Month of Giving in March raised over $15 million for more than 200 charities nationwide.

Jersey Mike's in Smithfield is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and offers delivery, takeout, and curbside pickup through the website or Jersey Mike's app.
