North Smithfield Food Pantry Releases June Pickup Dates
Food pickup will take place Tuesdays, June 22 and 29 at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, June 26 at 10 a.m.
NORTH SMITHFIELD, RI — The North Smithfield Food Pantry, located at the Slatersville Congregational Church, has released its pickup dates and donation needs for the rest of June, according to Northern Rhode Island News.
Food pickup will take place Tuesdays, June 22 and 29 at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, June 26 at 10 a.m. The pantry is open to all North Smithfield residents and requires a photo ID and bill to confirm their residency.
The pantry is typically open four times per month and residents can attend all pickup events. The food is currently distributed in a drive-thru format and residents must line up on Greet Street in their cars.

The food pantry is currently asking for donations of macaroni and cheese, peanut butter, and tomato sauce. Financial donations are also accepted and can be mailed to North Smithfield Food Pantry, P.O. Box 283 in Slatersville, RI, 02876
