REALTOR® Robert Williamson, of Residential Properties Ltd. in Cumberland, was installed as the 2021 President of the Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS® on October 8, 2020 at its 100th Annual Meeting.

Mr. Williamson has been a member of the REALTOR® Association for 7 years. He has held the positions of President-Elect, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS®, served on the Board of Directors since 2015, and is a member of its Executive, Finance, REALTOR® Party and Shared Services Committees.

He serves on the Board of Directors of the RI Association of REALTORS® and is an active member of his community through his service with the Cumberland Education Foundation and Children’s Friend.

Additionally, the Board installed the following 2021 Officers:

- Alexander Parmenidez of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Providence, as President-Elect

- Arianne Tanasio of Tanasio Realty Advisors in Lincoln, as Treasurer

- Anne McCrann of Premeer Real Estate, Inc. in Smithfield, as Corporate Secretary

And the Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS® installed the following as Directors: Chris Whitten, Immediate Past President, of Premeer Real Estate, Inc. in Smithfield; Stacy Corrigan of Peace of Mind Property Management and Real Estate, Inc., in Woonsocket; Michele Cerreta of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Cumberland; Michelle Keach of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Cumberland; Jan D’Angelo of Crossroads Real Estate Group in Chepachet; Jennifer Lemme of RE/MAX Town & Country in Cumberland; Aleisha Noonan of Noonan/Lombardi, REALTORS® in Warwick.

At the Annual Meeting, Mary Baron, of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Cumberland, was recognized as the Board’s 2020 REALTOR® of the Year. The 2020 Golden R Award was presented to Chris Whitten of Premeer Real Estate, Inc. in Smithfield. The Rookie of the Year Award was presented to Alissa St. Jacques of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Cumberland. The Affiliate of the Year Award was presented to Brad Pelletier, Esq. of Pelletier, Marshall & Clark, Attorneys at Law in Cumberland. The Richard Fontaine Award was presented to Michael Lambrese of RE/MAX Town & Country in Cumberland..
