Couple Found Dead At Lincoln Home Had Unnatural Injuries: Police
Lincoln police said the deaths are being classified as "suspicious" because of their "unnatural" injuries.
SMITHFIELD, RI — Lincoln police said Thursday the two deaths at a home in Manville are being classified as suspicious because they were found with "unnatural" injuries.
Police released the details during a live update around 3 p.m. about the two found at a Main Street home in Manville.
A neighbor called police around 8: 15 a.m. to report a disturbance at 125 Main St., said Captain Philip Gould of the Lincoln Police Department.

When police got there they found a woman dead in the first floor apartment and a man on the floor suffering from serious injuries, said Gould. The man was taken to Rhode Island Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Witnesses told police that the two were a married adult couple who live there. Police said they are not releasing their identities, or other information, at this time.
