Power Outage Affects Five Customers Tuesday Morning
National Grid expects service to be restored by 8 a.m.
SMITHFIELD, RI—As of 7 a.m. National Grid's outage map showed two problems affecting fewer than five customers along Farnum Pike. The company estimated power would be back on by 8 a.m.
