RI's First Drive-Thru Vaccination Clinic Opens In Smithfield
The next clinic will be held on Saturday, June 26 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
SMITHFIELD, RI — Rhode Island's first public drive-thru vaccination clinic opened in Smithfield last Saturday, reported NBC 10 News.
The clinic, located at the Fidelity Investments parking garage at 100 Salem Street, offers both first and second doses of the Pfizer vaccine to anyone age 12 and older. On opening day, 103 people received shots.
The next clinic will be held at the same site on Saturday, June 26 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Appointments are recommended for the clinic, but are not required. Those seeking vaccinations must arrive in a vehicle.
