Cancelled: Silver Alert: State Police Say Woman Found Safe
The 78-year-old woman has been found safe.
NORTH SMITHFIELD, RI — Smithfield Police and Rhode Island State Police turned to social media for help finding a 78-year-old woman last seen around 8 o'clock Wednesday morning. But Wednesday night, they cancelled the silver alert and announced Lillian Belcher had been found safe.
