SMITHFIELD, RI — The parking ban goes into effect Saturday at noon. It will last 24 hours.
A Parking Ban will be in effect from 12pm on Saturday, December 9th until 12pm on Sunday, December 10th. Parking Bans are automatically in effect during snow & ice control operations.
