Woonsocket Man Charged With Dealing Drugs Out of Smithfield Hotel
Smithfield police said Tarsheen Robinson was charged with dealing cocaine, heroin out of the Hilton Homes 2 Suites on Douglas Pike.
SMITHFIELD, RI — A Woonsocket man is facing drug charges after Smithfield police said he was using his hotel room at the Hilton Homes 2 Suites to deal heroin and cocaine. Police said Tarsheen Robinson, 29, was found in possession of seven grams of heroin, 11 grams of crack cocaine, 26 grams of marijuana, five Oxycodone pills, a scale and packaging materials during a warrant search of his room.
Smithfield and Woonsocket police conducted the joint investigation that resulted in an arrest at 5:50 a.m. Friday morning. Smithfield police said detectives received information that Robinson was selling drugs out of the hotel on Douglas Pike in Smithfield. Surveillance from detectives in both departments led to a search warrant being obtained.
Robinson was held without bail on charges of possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession of Oxycodone and possession of Focalin. Robinson also had an outstanding warrant out for his arrest for failure to appear in court due to a suspended license charge.

Robinson appeared in Third District Court on Friday. He is next scheduled to appear in court on April 8.
