Calling All Artists: CMCA Seeks Entries For Art & Soul Calendar

One work of art from 14 different islands will be printed and bound in the 2022 Island Art & Soul Calendar.

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS —The Caribbean Center for the Arts invites artists across the territory to submit their work for the 2022 Art & Soul Calendar.

CMCAarts, Inc. has produced the Art & Soul Calendar for 27 years. The calendar has 14 image opportunities that coincide with each month of the year as well as the cover and January 2023. This year, they are looking for 14 artists from 14 different islands of the Caribbean.

Artists are invited to submit up to four images (but no less than two) for consideration. All mediums are welcome.

The deadline for submission has been extended to August 1, 2021.

A jury panel will select the 14 images to be printed in the calendar. No more than 1 image per artist will be selected.
