Man Injured by Gunfire at Four Winds Plaza

ST. THOMAS, USVI — On July 8, at approximately 8:54 p.m., the 911 Emergency Call Center dispatched officers to Four Winds Plaza in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers learned a male gunshot victim was transported to the Roy Lester Schneider Regional Medical Center via private vehicle.

Witnesses reported hearing rapid gunshots, and seeing an unresponsive Black male on the ground. The victim received multiple gunshot wounds about the body.

This case is under investigation.
