Man Reported Missing on St. Croix
The Police are asking for the community's assistance in locating 85-year-old Oswald A. Small.
ST. CROIX, USVI — Oswald A. Small, 85, is reported missing and the Virgin Islands Police Department are asking for the community's assistance.
According to the VIPD, Small was last seen on May 24 around 9:15 a.m. He was captured on surveillance video at a residence in Estate Carlton driving his vehicle, a white Mazda. Small was wearing a white shirt, blue jean shorts, and a blue baseball cap. He walks hunched over.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Oswald A. Small is urged to call 911 or the Criminal Investigation Bureau at (340) 778-2211.
