Man Shot With Shotgun In Gamble Norsidevej, Police Investigating

According to police, a man appeared to have been shot in the back with a shotgun on June 22 in Gamble Norsidevej.

ST. THOMAS, USVI — On June 22 at approximately 10:00 p.m., Virgin Island Police Department officers were dispatched to a report of shots fired and a man down near a residence in Gamble Norsidevej.

Officers discovered a Caucasian male who appeared to have been shot in the back with a shotgun. The victim stated he did not see who shot him. He was transported to the Roy Lester Schneider Regional Medical Center for treatment.

This case is presently under investigation.
