ST. CROIX, USVI — The Arthur A. Richards K-8 School, Eulalie R. Rivera K-8 School and St. Croix Career & Technical Education Center will resume in-person learning on May 10.

The schools were closed for two days, May 6 and May 7, due to a gaseous odor impacting the air quality on campuses. The odor came from the Limetree Bay refinery, which said the cause was maintenance on a coker.
