VIPD Administrative Services Closing for Civilian Day
Administrative services and the Firearms Bureau will close on May 12 in St. Croix and on May 14 in St. Thomas.
U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS —The Virgin Islands Police Department announced that the administrative services and the Firearms Bureau will be closed for Civilian Day during Police Week.
On St. Croix, the offices will close at noon on May 12. In the St. Thomas / St. John District, the offices will be closed at noon on May 14.
Administrative services include the Records Bureau, Fiscal Bureau, VI Office of Highway Safety, Human Resources, and the Information Technology Bureau.
