WAPA: Potable Water Cut Off Affecting Customers Near Havensight

ST. THOMAS, USVI —The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority announced a disruption in potable (drinkable) water for customers in Havenight, Estate Bakkeroe and the areas surrounding the Marriott Frenchman's Cove and Frenchman's Reef Resort. The service interruption is due to a compromised 12-inch water main. Water service will be impacted until repairs are completed on Monday.
