SWAT Team Arrests Suspects In Deadly East Bay Road Rage: Police
A 25-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman who allegedly fled the East Bay after the shooting were tracked to Tulare and arrested.

A 25-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman who allegedly fled the East Bay after the shooting were tracked to Tulare and arrested.

"The management and response of the company PG&E to the events, to the PSPS, have been absolutely unacceptable," the CPUC president said.
Fire Chief Kris Concepcion said the blaze was controlled within about 15 minutes.
"They said power would be off for 2 days. Now they're saying 7 days," said one Sonoma County resident. Another called it "disorganized."
The decision to close the park was made at 8 a.m. Thursday.
