Eid-ul-Adha is a special Muslim holiday which we celebrated on the 31st July here in America in remembrance of Prophet Abraham and Prophet Ishmael’s (peace be on them) sacrifice.
Muslims celebrate this special day by wearing new clothes, eating yummy food, and offering the congregational Eid Prayer at the mosque. Those Muslims who can afford also sacrificed an animal (commonly sheep, goat, cow or camel) on Eid-ul-Adha.
Of course, Muslims celebrate Eid-ul-Adha with fun and entertainment but, where is the hidden spirituality in this Eid? Well, first of all, how I did my spiritual nourishment at this time:

3-We also listened to the special Eid Sermon by our beloved Caliph His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad.
4-We divided meat from the sacrificial animal into three portions and gave to:
- Ourselves
- Relatives
- Less fortunate
5-And last but not least, we sent special Eid treats to our neighbors.
During the Coronavirus Pandemic, we as Muslims were not able to celebrate Eid-ul-Adha as we used to do. However, we tried our best to pray for the world to heal soon from all the ills and plague
