Free Tickets Available to U.S. Military Personnel for Quicken Loans National

Hosted by Tiger Woods, the PGA tournament will tee off July 28 at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club.

The Quicken Loans National golf tournament, making its anticipated return to the DMV this summer, will continue its tradition of tribute to the brave men and women in the U.S. military. In a show of support of military members and their families, the PGA tournament, contested from Tuesday, July 28, to Sunday, Aug. 2, at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville, will again offer complimentary tickets, food and other amenities to military families.

Lockheed Martin will once again serve as the tournament’s Military Services Partner. This sponsorship, along with Lockheed Martin employee volunteers, enables the Quicken Loans National to offer military outreach efforts and activities all week long.

Tickets will be available to all U.S. Defense Department personnel, including Coast Guard (active duty, Reserve, retired, National Guard, dependents and civilians) at designated ITT/ITR offices within a 150-mile radius of Washington, D.C.

Military Tickets – Tournament officials will distribute 30,000 complimentary Lockheed Martin Military Pavilion tickets to military members in the National Capitol Region. Tickets are available to all DoD personnel (active duty, reserve, retired, National Guard, dependents and civilians), as well as the Coast Guard, from select bases in the area. Tickets are available for distribution at ITT/ITR offices.

All tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be picked up in person. Those interested must have access to the installation to pick up tickets. For those living outside the Washington, D.C., area, ticket requests can be made to the Pentagon through a local ITT/ITR office.

Military members (active duty, Reserve, retired or National Guard) who are unable to pick up a complimentary ticket at a participating ITT/ITR location can secure one online at QLNational.com. This service is supported by Quicken Loans and can be accessed at the military ticket website.

Lockheed Martin Military Pavilion - Located on the 15th green, the pavilion will be open to all military ticket holders Wednesday through Sunday of tournament week. The climate-controlled pavilion will provide complimentary snacks and beverages, as well as a premier viewing location at the 15th green.

Military Appreciation Hole Opening Tee Shot – Tiger Woods, the tournament’s host, will be joined by tournament military caddies to officially open the Military Appreciation Hole (No. 15) on Wednesday, July 29, during his pro-am round. The opening shot is slated for approximately 8:15 a.m., and will include a special commemorative golf ball presented by an official military starter.

The USO Activity Zone - The USO Activity Zone will return for its second year and will be near the tournament’s main entrance, Wednesday through Sunday, for spectators to learn more about supporting our military and their families. Friday through Sunday of tournament week, spectators can pack a special care package for the troops.
