Police: One Pizza Robber Nabbed, Other Suspect Still At Large
Woodbridge man, 20, charged in April 15 stickup in Dale City, say Prince William County police.

U.S. marshals located and arrested a 20-year-old Woodbridge man Thursday on charges stemming from an April robbery of a pizza delivery man in Dale City, according to the Prince William County police.
Bryan Deshawn Petteway, of the 14300 block of Westminister Way, is charged with robbery, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, according to a police report. He’s being held without bond in the Prince William-Manassas regional jail, and his next date in court is Sept. 23.

Petteway and another suspect allegedly robbed the delivery man on the night of April 15 in the 14400 block of Westminster Lane in Dale City, the police said. No injuries were reported in the heist.
The victim, a 52-year-old Woodbridge man, told police he was delivering a pizza in the area when he was approached by two young men. One suspect displayed a handgun and demanded the victim’s property, the police said. The pair took money and pizzas from the victim before fleeing on foot.

The police said they believe that Petteway is the suspect who pulled out the handgun. Detectives are working to identify the second suspect, described as a black man, between 18 and 25 years old, 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build, a dark complexion and black hair. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
