Police: Man, 23, Killed in Crash on Dale Boulevard
Driver struck a median, then a tree early Sunday morning.
A fatal accident on Dale Boulevard Sunday was probably due at least in part to speed and alcohol, Prince William County Police said.
Jalal Tasawar Bashiruddin, 23, of Woodbridge, was not wearing his seat belt when he hit a median, then crashed into a tree around 5:57 a.m. Bashiruddin was the only person inside his 1999 Mercedes C230 as he traveled westbound on Dale Boulevard.
He was taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead.
