Timothy "David" Ashby, 64, passed away on October 1, 2014. Mr. Ashby is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Kyong "Song" Ashby. He is also survived by his daughter, Heather Gardner and step daughters Victoria Neatrour, and Annette Porter; grandchildren Peggy and Noah Prior; sisters: Jackie Taylor, Judith Hopkins, Linda Runyon, and Rachel Tribble; and brothers LTC (R) Phillip Ashby, Joel Ashby, and Rev. James Ashby. Mr. Ashby is predeceased by his sister Sharon Young and brother Steve Ashby.A visitation will be held Monday, October 6, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home, 4143 Dale Boulevard, Dale City, Virginia. Services will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 from 6-8 PM at One Mind Church, 13430 Millwood Dr. Woodbridge, Virginia.
