Attendees can review displays, talk with planners, and submit feedback, with an additional 30-day comment window available by email, fax, or mail.
   

• County EDA Working Toward Significant Property Sales as 2025 Comes to an End, Hints at Municipally Reunited EDA (royalexaminer.com) — Major land deals tied to the Avtex/Royal Phoenix site in Front Royal could cut the EDA’s scandal-era bank debt nearly in half, including a proposed 113-acre sale to a data-center-linked developer. Town officials attended the December 12 meeting as the county EDA also floated the idea of reuniting town and county economic development efforts heading into 2026.
   

• Update: Warren County School Bus Involved in Crash; Minor Injuries Reported (royalexaminer.com) — A Warren County school bus crash sent eight elementary students and the Front Royal bus driver to area hospitals with minor injuries after a collision on Route 522 near Chester Gap Road. All students have now been reunited with families, and Warren County Public Schools is praising first responders and neighboring Rappahannock County for their quick support while state police continue investigating.
