Barry Sudduth: Memorial Service at Osbourn High Saturday

Popular teacher died suddenly on Sunday.

A memorial service will be held Saturday for Osbourn High teacher Barry Sudduth.

Sudduth died suddenly Sunday. He was 65.

The service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the high school at 9005 Tudor Lane.

Counselors were at the school Monday morning for students and staff.

“Please keep the Osbourn Eagles family in your thoughts,” a message reads at the school’s website.

Sudduth taught U.S. and Virginia history and geography.
