California Chicken Wings Robbed In Manassas By Man With Knife

The Prince William County police are investigating a Wednesday night robbery of California Chicken Wings in the Manassas area.

MANASSAS, VA — The Prince William County police are investigating a robbery of California Chicken Wings in the Manassas area that occurred Wednesday night when a man demanded money from an employee while holding a knife.

At around 8:15 p.m., police officers went to the restaurant, at 8124 Sudley Road, to investigate a robbery. An employee reported that an unknown man brandished a knife before demanding money from the cash registers.

The man, described as a Black male between the ages of 25 and 30, fled the restaurant on foot and the employee contacted the police, according to the police. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 searched the area for the suspect who was not located.

An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing.

The suspect was last seen wearing a blue surgical-style mask, a red shirt, black pants and dark-colored shoes, the police said.
