
Jeremiah Jacobs was granted his angel wings on March 4, 2015. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Jeremiah had touched in some special way throughout his life. Jeremiah’s smile would always light up a room and brighten everyone’s day. In social settings and family gatherings, his voice was fun loving and comforting that always placed him in the spotlight. His laughter and happiness was contagious to anyone in his presence. The love and bond with his nieces and nephews was undeniable.
To his sister Veronica, her brother was her hero. Jeremiah always knew how to make her laugh and always wanted to see her happy. He was her best friend and was very protective of his sister. He was a very caring brother and they shared an impeccable bond that could never be broken.
Jeremiah’s unconditional love for football was well known by his family and friends. His motivation and dedication to be the beast athlete was inspiring to everyone that knew him. He was a leader on the football field, and a great teammate. Jeremiah was a loyal Philadelphia Eagles fan and his favorite player was Jeremy Maclin.

Jeremiah is survived by his birth mother Mary, beloved parents Sherman and Jackie. Along with his wife Kylie, his sisters Veronica and Eva, brothers Jalonte and Sherman Jacobs, Terry Porter, and a large community of loving and dedicated friends and family members. Jeremiah’s grandmothers Sadie Morton, Allene Wright, and his aunt Pinky preceded him in death and welcomed him into their eternal home.
The family will receive visitors Saturday, March 14, 2015 from 10am-12pm at Reconciliation Community Church, 14654 Joplin Road, Manassas, VA 20112 with a 12pm service. Interment will follow at Woodbine Cemetery in Manassas.
