Man Exposes Himself To Woman In Manassas: Police
A man was arrested after exposing himself to a woman while standing in his front window at a home in Manassas: Prince William County Police.
MANASSAS, VA—A man was arrested Friday, June 14, after exposing himself to a woman while standing in his front window at a home in the 9200 block of Arrington Farm Court, according to Prince William County Police. Benigno Del Cid Portillo, 78, was charged with indecent exposure.
Shortly after 1:30 p.m., police responded to a residence for reported indecent exposure incident. A 25-year-old woman said she saw an acquaintance—Portillo—standing in his front window exposing himself and making obscene gestures while looking at her. She left the area and reported the incident to police. Portillo was arrested and released on a court summons.
