Man Threw Knife During Dispute With Fellow Hotel Guest: Police
A man at a Red Roof Inn in Manassas was armed with brass knuckles when he threw a knife at another guest, the police department said.

MANASSAS, VA ? A man armed with brass knuckles threw a knife at a fellow guest at a Red Roof Inn in Manassas, the Prince William County Police Department said.
The victim, a 59-year-old man, dodged the knife and was not injured.
Authorities identified the suspect as 24-year-old Christopher Lee Bradford Jr. Bradford is charged with attempted malicious wounding, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of controlled substance. He is being held without bond, and his court date is scheduled for March 27.

If convicted of all charges, Bradford could face up to 11 years in prison, based on Virginia's sentencing guidelines.
The incident occurred around 3 p.m. on Monday at the Red Roof Inn on Automotive Drive in Manassas. Investigators said the victim confronted Bradford outside of his hotel room. Bradford then pulled out brass knuckles and swung a knife at the victim, authorities said.

The victim retreated into his hotel room and called for police. The victim exited the hotel room a second time and the argument with Bradford restarted, according to the police report. This time, Bradford threw a knife at the victim, the police department said.
Police officers found Bradford in another hotel room and took him into custody. The officers said they found the knife, the brass knuckles, and illegal narcotics.
