Manassas Heritage Railway Festival 2019: Schedule, Tickets, More
Whether riding them, looking at them or seeing miniature versions of them, you should check out the Manassas Heritage Railway Festival.

MANASSAS, VA—We're here today to talk trains. Whether you're interested in riding them, looking at them or checking out miniature versions of them, you might want to check out the 25th annual Manassas Heritage Railway Festival, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, June 1 at 9201 Center Street.
We're talking excursion train rides, model train displays, train memorabilia, specialty vendors and live performances including music. It's free unless you want to take one of the four train rides to Clifton and back.
Tickets for the rides have been on sale since May 1, and can be purchased online by clicking here. They're also available from the Manassas Train Depot at 9431 West Street. They cost $5 for cash purchases and $6 for online or credit card buys.

The trains will board for the 45-minute round trip at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., noon and 1 p.m. The 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. train rides will have special guest appearances by a "Prince in the making," and a Princess. The noon and 1 p.m. train rides will feature special guest appearances by two members of a team of superheroes.
Model train displays will be under the Harris Pavilion, and are created by local model train groups.

Stop by the Community Stage in the Manassas Visitor's Center parking lot for the following performances:
- 10 a.m.: Calico Cloggers
- 11 a.m.: Wildlife Ambassadors
- Noon: Prince and Princess Meet & Greet
- 1 p.m.: Premier Martial Arts of Manassas
- 2 p.m.: Superheroes Meet & Greet
