Manassas Man Brandishes Firearm During Road Rage Incident

A Manassas man was issued a summons Saturday for allegedly brandishing a firearm during a road rage incident near Quarry Road in Manassas.

Manassas City Police responded to the 9100 block of Quarry Road Saturday for a report of a person with a gun.

Upon arrival, officers met with both the victim and the suspect. According to officials, the suspect had brandished a firearm at the victim from the window of his vehicle during a road rage incident near Liberia Avenue and Quarry Road.

The incident took place Saturday, Sept. 27 at approximately 11:10 a.m.

Evan Zachary Cluff, 31, of Manassas, was issued a summons for brandishing a firearm. He has a pending court date of Oct. 28, 2014.
