Manassas-Themed Board Game Hits Local Market
A Manassas-themed board game is now available in the area. It's based on the original Monopoly set, complete with various local landmarks.
MANASSAS, VA—Ever seen those knock-off Monopoly games based on something besides the original? One company, for example, offers a Grateful Dead-opoly game. Well, a Cincinnati-based company makes such games based on various locales across the country, and Manassas is included.
In this case, the game is dubbed Manassas-opoly, and includes such locations at the Ashton family restaurant, Capital Aquarium and the Manassas Battlefield Park. According to the company, Late For The Sky, it's arriving this week at area Walmart stores. FYI.
