New 7-Eleven 'Evolution' Store To Include Two Restaurants
7-Eleven will open a new "Evolution" location in Manassas that will host 2 restaurants, a Parlor Pizza and a Raise the Roost Chicken.

MANASSAS, VA — A new 7-Eleven location in Manassas will include two quick service restaurants in addition to its traditional convenience store. The 7-Eleven "Evolution" store, located at 10601 Lomond Drive, will host two restaurant options: Parlor Pizza and Raise the Roost Chicken and Biscuits.
The new Manassas location will be 7-Eleven's eighth Evolution location, which the brand describes as "experiential stores" with quick service restaurants and unique products for sale. In addition to convenience store staples, the Manassas location will sell customized espresso drinks, artisan craft sodas, and baked goods that are cooked on-site, according to a news release.
Raise the Roost, which opened its first location in Manhattan last year, will bring made-to-order and grab-and-go options to the Manassas 7-Eleven. They offer fried chicken tenders, baked biscuits, and sandwiches.

The two restaurants will operate separate ordering counters, but will share indoor and outdoor seating at the store, 7-Eleven said.
