Police Investigate Hit-and-Run in Bristow
Prince William County Police are investigating a hit-and-run involving a pedestrian that occurred in the Bristow area Friday, Dec. 12.

Prince William County Police are requesting the public’s assistance in gathering information about a hit-and-run involving a pedestrian in the Bristow area of Prince William County last week.
Investigators from the Crash Investigation Unit were called to the 12800 block of Rannoch Forest Circle Friday, Dec. 12 at 4:34 p.m. to investigate a hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian. The victim, a 17-year-old male, told police he was crossing the road when he was struck by a passing vehicle.
After hitting the victim, the driver reportedly failed to stop and fled the area. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to an area hospital with significant abrasions and swelling.

The suspect’s vehicle is described as an unknown, white four-door sedan with damages to the front left corner panel and hood.
Anyone with information regarding this case is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 703-670-3700 or 1-866-411-TIPS. Callers are not required to identify themselves and could earn up to a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to an arrest.
