A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for portions of northwestern Prince William County until 4:15 p.m.

AT 325 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR BULL RUN TO NEAR BEALETON...AND MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 15 MPH.
