Suspect Wanted in Back-to-Back Robberies at Gunpoint in Manassas
Police are searching for a suspect who reportedly robbed two separate victims at gunpoint near Farragut Court in Manassas Sunday evening.

Prince William County Police are searching for a suspect who allegedly robbed two victims at gunpoint near Farragut Court in Manassas Sunday evening.
A 25-year-old Manassas man was walking near the 10200 block of Farragut Court Sunday evening when he was approached from behind by an unknown man. The man reportedly pulled out a handgun and struck the victim in the head before taking the victim’s wallet and fleeing on foot. The victim suffered minor injuries.
While officers were on scene conducting an investigation, a second victim approached officers and reported being robbed by a similar suspect. The second victim, a 29-year-old Manassas woman, told officers the suspect initially ran past her but stopped and ran back toward her. The suspect reportedly got close enough to the second victim to grab her purse and a struggle ensued. The man then pulled out a handgun and the victim released her purse. The suspect fled on foot. No injuries were reported in the second incident.

The suspect is described as a 5’11”, 170-pound black male with a thin build, dark complexion and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a black ski mask.
