Tip Leads to Arrest of Two in 7-Eleven Money Thefts

Two Manassas residents have been arrested and charged with grand larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny after a crime solvers tip was given to the City of Manassas police.
Allen Scott Keith, 26, and Katherine June Howie, 24, were captured on video surveillance cameras stealing a money order from a 7-Eleven at 9407 Grant Ave., police said.Â
Keith and Howie were arrested and released on their signatures by the duty magistrate, police said.Â
