Two Arrested For October 2018 Shooting In Manassas: Police

MANASSAS, VA—Two men have been arrested for an October 2018 shooting in the 8000 block of Portwood Turn that left a 20-year-old man hospitalized, according to Prince William County Police. The victim's name hasn't been released.

Jatzel Martin Colon Santiago, 21, of the 13400 block of Lock Loop in Woodbridge, was charged March 31 with robbery, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and malicious wounding. Angel Antonio Alonso Del Pilar, 23, of the 10300 block of Sweetbrook Drive in Houston, was charged April 2 with robbery, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and malicious wounding.

Shortly before 2 a.m. on Oct. 6, police went to the scene for a reported shooting, They found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds, and provided emergency first aid before his hospital transport arrived. Several witnesses said they heard gunshots in the area, and multiple gun casings were found.
