WEATHER ALERT: Showers, Thunderstorms Expected This Afternoon
Along with the showers, some areas are also at risk for flooding, according to NWS.
A hazardous weather outlook has been issued for the Baltimore and Washington D.C. area for Saturday.
Showers and thunderstorms are expected across the area this afternoon and early evening with locally heavy rain and a small risk of flash flooding. According to the National Weather Service, the greatest risk is in the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan areas.
In addition, strong winds are possible along with the thunderstorms.
